Muay Thai is an almost 400-year martial art form practiced throughout the world, with a long history in Thailand. It’s referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs,” which uses techniques of kicking, punching, kneeing, and elbowing. Traditional Muay Thai is performed in a ring with gloves similar to Western Boxing.
Our Muay Thai program is available for both recreational athletes and professional fighters. Our training ranges from the beginning fundamentals to advanced skills for those who wish to compete. Our classes cover movement, attack, defense, footwork, and striking. New students will learn the proper techniques for punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing, and moving. You will work with shield drills, technical bag work, partner drills, conditioning work, and more during class.
